Last week went in the store to buy a battery and break pads. While waiting for April E. to complete the customer in front of me her customer service skills was so caring and professional. Every time I go in the store, she takes her time to explain the products and make sure thats what youre needing. I take pride in my customer service skills so watching and listening to her interact with her customers makes you know that you can still find great customer service.
