        So I stopped by for lunch. I was informed that they were out of ketchup. I asked for ranch instead. I was told that it would be an upcharge for ranch. Really?? Does that mean I get a discount because you didn't have ketchup. POOR customer service.

        Online says they dont close until 11. Went to the drive thru at 10:45 just to be told theyre already closed. Meanwhile theres 3 cars in front of me that have already ordered and are waiting on food.

        Service very slow, order has been incomplete or incorrect a few times in a row. Unfortunate as the food is decent but other options are a better use of time.
