        Called twice asking for quotes for truck tops and accessories. Spoke to the same guy both times. Both times he promised to send a quote within 30 minutes or so. Both times I let a couple weeks go by with never hearing back. I run a business. I need vendors I can count on. I see the response below. If you are really concerned about making things better, give me the name of the owner or manager I can speak to. The number below is the same number I called and received very poor service twice already. Should I call and speak to the same guy mentioned in my review so he can pass along his own poor service?? This doesn't feel like genuine concern to improve.

John goes way beyond expectations in making sure you get what you need. Thanks for still being a business, even with the new ownership, that still cares for its customers!

        I went in the store on a Monday morning to see about getting a bed cover for my GMC Sierra. Even with it being a special order item, they had it ordered and in the very next morning. By Tuesday afternoon they had it installed perfectly on my truck. I couldn't be more happy with the fast service and the price I paid was very fair. The people that work there are great to deal with as well. Highly recommend Truck Toyz 2!

        I took my 2018 Silverado here to have the lift adjusted and lifted up just enough to have my 37s clear for no rubbing because I went from 35s to 37s. My lift is an adjustable rough country lift so it had the available space to lift. Instead of taking the time to do the work they told me I had to buy a 9 inch in order for the tires to clear which I knew was false and they just wanted to get the extra $4k out of me for another lift. I ended taking my Truck down to Total Off-road on woodruff Road and they got the job down with no questions asked and very professionally. I will be taking my truck to them for anything truck related from here on out. I would recommend staying away from truck toys for your truck needs. I Highly Recommend Total Off-road on Woodruff!
