So just bought a new build of a 1972 Chevelle LS-3 with less than 800 miles on build. All top end parts including a Griffin Radiator. Noticed small leak took it to a radiator shop and they found a defect in the radiator and sent pictures. Called Griffin to see what they would do and they said since i was the second owner that I was out of luck and their warranty was void. Then they tried to sell me another one at full price.. When we asked if we could send it to them for repair they said no. The radiator shop i took it to said great radiator but said they don't stand behind their warranty even if you can show it was a manufactures defect. I get the fine print but really $1700.00 for a part and they can't even help or show concern. Very sad.

Not impressed one bit 5-00152 full aluminum rad lasted 3 years and 7 months (less than 20,000kms) VS a stock radiator that lasted 6 years. No warranty (Only 2 Years) good thing we spent the big bucks on a Griffin,... Installation was called into question,.. Guess install make a tube leak from the tank,...

Had 3 of there LS coversion radiators leak on my customers within months of installation. Sent one radiator back for their "inspection" and they claimed the radiator was destroyed when they recieved it and couldnt determine where or why it was leaking. Terrible company and warranty. They do not stand behind their products and all their radiators leak from the welds.
