I am not the guy to leave many reviews. However this store deserves it. Do not buy a Bass Cat anywhere else especially if you are in NC. I drive 4 hours one way to do business here. Thier customer service is great before and after the sale. They were given the job of fixing the worst boat buying experience possible at a much closer dealer to me and they got it done!! I am a very loyal customer to Bass Cat and I almost left the brand due to the total incompetence at another dealer and Palmetto not only kept me with Bass Cat but have earned my future business. John is awesome, top shelf. I only wish they were closer. Thank you !!

This place did me wrong in so many ways. When I picked the boat up after waiting 3 months. Things on the boat was not properly secured. Took the boat back waited another month. And Amy still has not sent me the screws for the me top. Still waiting on those screws amy... Just go somewhere else to get a boat, trust me. Salesman had no idea what was going on neither
