Dunes Beach Home Rentals

We have rented the same house for years. Sea Oates every July 4th week. We called on the day for the next year to put our deposit down and they said the owners wanted that week. Dunes could have told us before our week ended. Now we were kicked out of our July 4th week all together and have no place to stay. We really enjoyed staying there and made great friends along the way. They never offered to help with a new property and we are very disappointed. The house was a great one but we now have t switch weeks and we will never get our 4th slot back. Good news we found a much bigger house with a pool with Litchfield real-estate. Bigger house a lot more parking and hope to make many memories there on a different week. We will be happier in the long run because if you ask me the Dunes failed with communication and lost a life long customer. The old rental Has no comparison to the new. We cant wait.

Our large extended family rented two oceanfront 4 bedroom condos at Litchfield by the Sea. Wonderful experience, the condos were perfect, Dunes was great to work with. I'm sure we'll be back!

We really enjoyed our stay at 105 Parker. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. My only complaint would be general care and maintenance. The beds are not comfortable, they seem more like old spring mattresses. Noticed other little things, but nothing major. We use the Dunes every year and will continue to do so unless the maintenance/care goes further down hill.
