        Talked to Jeff on Monday before Thanksgiving. Told him I would have money on Wednesday. He said call him and he would come over. Had a problem with roots clogging the sewer between the house and the street. Waited all day. No call. Am handicapped. Waited thru Thanksgiving weekend. Emailed him Sunday night to ask if he was coming Monday. No answer as of 2 pm Monday. Cannot flush toilet, wash clothes, dishes, take shower. Been two weeks, as two different plumbers tried to fix problem, but recommended Jeff.

        Company never answers and the plumber doesn't either. Pretended like were wanting to help but in reality this company is really full of it. Don't say you're going to help me with something and then you don't keep your word.
