Do not use this company if you can help it. No cna or hha for 2 weeks and still no help. Their excuse is they only have one cna for over 800 patients and one social worker. Have nit had a visit from either one. Changing home health asap. This is ridiculous.

* Very little notification before hand that they are come to your home. One time I was only given a 5 minute notice that a nurse was coming to the house. * You rarely see the same nurse or PT twice . * Nurses and PT will text you information but will rarely respond to your texts. * Both nurse and PT like to play a "we may have to discharge you if you can't meet when we ask." * Both nurse and PT will at most give a 3-hour notice before they come and expect you to cancel any pre planned doctors appointments that were scheduled weeks in advanced to ensure that they see you when they want to see you. * All in all it wasn't a pleasant experience and I discharged myself from their services. * One positive is that the nurses will make sure that you have ample medical supplies to self care. * When I called and notified the office that I would no longer need their services, the receptionist was very professional. Without her professionalism, I would have given a 1* rating. * It's is very apparent that they are overbooked and understaffed.

Overall the company provided good care and service. But on the downside that patient was discontinued with the company without any notification and needing at least some time to get medical supplies and care. It was said to a family member they will no longer be able to come that same day and provide medical service and its up to you to get the supplies you need.Not good.The family member could of starting reaching out to another company if ample time was given.It could of been worked out with both parties..
