        Truist is the worst bank ever! If you have fraud on your account, they will charge you an overdraft fee. Wow! I wanted a local bank because Bank of America is not located on Orangeburg anymore. I was going to close my BOA account, thank God I did not.

        7 days to clear a check from another bank, 21st century people customer service non existing bad idea to combine SunTrust, BB&T more personable knew employees by first name and they knew you and family members and I've been with them for over 20yrs I'll be switching.

        ATM was down so I used the drive up teller area. Was told that the bank cant count money and refuses to he responsible for miscounting. I'm shocked at the level of incompetence of a financial institute. Reccomed to avoid this location, other locations are able to count.
