My brother rented unit 605 in Crescent Key Condo for us and we would NEVER rent this unit again! Pictures on line are deceiving. The unit had crumbs on counter, food under dining table, carpet needed swept, shower curtain in master bathroom was disgustingly dirty, light bulb missing from recessed kitchen light, drain in master shower clogged, cupboard door in kitchen falling off hinges, dishwasher so rusted inside that the prongs to separate glasses were missing from rack, cheapest coffee mugs so if heated in microwave the handle was too hot to touch, missing chair in living room from what was reflected online, sweeper so filthy I had to clean it myself plus it did not work very good. When you book through Elliott Realty, they have listed different color beach balls which is a rating of the units. This unit has a green beach ball with a description of "well maintained, comfortable and appealing." This unit was none of that. I would hate to see a unit with a lesser rating. I realize Elliott Realty can't control what the owners have in units, however, they are certainly responsible for cleaning and upkeep. We rented this unit in August 2023 and I understand it's after a couple of months of renting, however, these are all basic things that should be taken care of prior to the next rental. The price was over $3,000. Elliott Realty and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. Nothing like taking advantage of unsuspecting renters during prime season! We did receive a tiny refund from Elliott. I don't, however, want Elliott Realty and this unit to reflect badly on Crescent Key Condo. Another family member rented unit 705 with a different rental agency and it was very nice.
