This is the guy you want. Super detailed. He's an expert, so you don't have to be. He explains things in simple terms and gives you all of the info you could hope for. I hired him for a warranty inspection. He found loads of code violations and flaws. His fee was less that the repair of 1 window and he found 14 that needed to be replaced. Money well spent.

Martin is superb! What impressed me first was our initial phone conversation. I didn't have to ask what his service entailed, he just told me what he would be doing. Others I contacted only said they could do the inspection and what date would be convenient for me. If you walk along with him, I suggest you do, he explains what he is discovering that is incorrect in your home. He charges more than other inspectors, but the differential is well worth it. He promised to have the report to me later in the day and did not disappoint.
