I had an appointment 3-5-24 at 11:20. I did make an online appointment which they ask you to do. When I get there I am 9 minutes late. I am greeted by Rachel and she says you are late Ill see if ninoshka which goes by Nina has time to cut your hair. She comes back and says she doesnt have time to cut your hair because its time for her next client. I understand that but why couldnt she go ahead and cut his and then cut mine. He was there, I spoke to him when he came in. I was dropped off so I was still sitting in Supercuts waiting for my husband to come back. So Nina walks in and says hey hon , and the guy said are you talking to me and she said yes. I was overlooked by her, she never spoke just acted like she didnt see me! I was only 9 minutes late and I have sat there many times and waited on them. The last time I went I waited 30 minutes but didnt mind because Nina is very good. I live in myrtle beach but go to the salon in north myrtle because she is that good. Never again, I have no idea why they acted that way today. They are usually the best but I have lost all respect for them and will never go back. They seemed mad with me for some reason but Im sure I didnt do anything. Also I have mentioned it to everyone I know that goes there and they wont be going back either jsyk.

Arrived at 5:16 pm for a haircut although I usually go to Great Clips. There was one hairdresser tending to one customer in the chair. Absolutely empty otherwise. The hairdresser told me that was her last cut of the day, despite the locations hours showing as open until 6 pm. I went back in a few minutes later and asked why she wasnt taking any more customers when the store should be open for another 40 minutes. She replied Im booked up with appointments for the rest of the night. Sure you are. Dont waste your time here; go to Great Clips. They have much more professional (and friendly) service including an app that lets you schedule an appointment and know how long the wait will be. They also save your style information so your haircuts are consistent regardless of the location.
