I have already wrote a review, but somehow its been removed. I dont have the patience to rewrite everything all over again. But, if I had one word of advice for anyone thinking about using this company, it would be, RUN! The review from the lady in Fayetteville is almost identical to what happened to us. I have paid for work that was never done. They dont returns calls. They are great at first, and than slowly over time they just stop returning calls, people are always sick, Josh doesnt do what he says, Kim ignores you. I have had to find a new accountant, who has even tried to contact them so he could figure somethings out, you guessed it, no return call. Forms for 10 years were never filed, even though I paid them to do the work.Ive been trying to get them for a week, so I can file them! Nothing, no emails, no call backs. Youre better off doing your taxes yourself than hiring them.

My husband and I are so disappointed in Kim and Josh. Kim had been our accountant while she was in Fayetteville, NC. We continued to use them after they moved to Myrtle Beach. Her son, Josh started doing our taxes at that time. We started having communication issues a couple of years ago and this year they completely ignored us. Weve emailed, called and stopped by several times to discuss our concerns. Our last attempt at their office we picked up our taxes to be handled by someone who appreciates our business. We have been with Bryant accounting for 20+ years and they showed no concern in our leaving. They are not CPAs so therefore do not have proper knowledge of the laws. After having found a new firm we discovered we have been paying way over for them to prepare our taxes. I would not even give them a one star but I had to leave a review. I hope this helps someone if they are considering this firm.
