DHL Express ServicePoint

I had the pleasure of having Amy assist me with a package today and I would love to give credit where credit is due! Amy was kind, patient and very knowledgeable (this was my first time shipping something internationally with DHL) Amy walked me through the whole process with ease!

The service is ridiculous, package out for delivery every day for the past week but never reach the client. There is no contact to get hold of the local service station, they don't add notes or updates as to why it's not being delivered. WOW pathetic

Package is already 5 days late due do customs hold up which isnt DHLs fault. I signed release so they would leave it at my door. I provided the building code so the driver could get into the complex (everyone from Uber to Amazon to FedEx has been able to figure out the code, but the driver marked the building as locked. Called within 5 minutes of driver being at address and due the the TERRIBLE customer service from everyone at DHL got nothing accomplished. Everyone I talked to told me something different and now my package is on hold. I needed this package Monday and now nobody can do anything besides send internal messages to each other.

Amy was so nice and helpful that I drove 30 minutes each way 3 times rather than use the UPS store 2 minutes away. Thank you!
