        The staff have good intent. I ordered a thin crust pizza, paid, and waited 15 minutes. The staff brought my pizza to the car (no napkins) and said thanks for waiting. I am sooo glad that I opened the box and looked at the pizza. It was not a thin crust pizza. When I mentioned that I asked for a thin crust, the staffer said, "oh I didn't hear you, you will need to be refunded and charged again because that costs more". Well, my response as a customer was that the price is not the issue. The issue is that I just waited 15 min for the wrong pizza, and instead of you correcting your error, you are telling me that I have to pay and wait an additional +15 mins. No sir, I will no be waiting over 30 min for PIZZA PIZZA.
