We signed up for the Christmas tree class. It was at 6:00 pm but after we got there we were the only ones. When we booked it there was a $10 deposit which all 3 of us paid and after we painted our tree we were charged $85 for each tree which was the original price plus we had to put in a tip. We were told 2 weeks, however we just were able to pick our trees up after 4 weeks. No apology or anything. They said the kiln was broken and it took a long time apparently to get fixed. Also, they didnt have any gold color paint for Christmas items. I told them 4 times that I wanted clear lights and they gave me color lights. Now it will take another week to get that changed out. If they even agree to do that. The owner seemed annoyed at us because we called to find out why it was taking so long.
