        Weve been to this location several times before but tonight will be the last. We went in just to get some queso and chips as a late night snack. 3 people behind the bar and one party in front of us. Took 2 people 10 min and a reminder to finish filling our cheese. Then they passed it down to the register where we waited 15 more, asking several times if we could check out and leave and were ignored. Would have just been annoying but we watched as two staff members got in an argument over serving under cooked food. Food they checked was under cooked with the visibly dirty thermometer off the fumes hood. And still tried to put on the bar to serve. It felt like it was going to be a one way trip to food poisoning if we ever actually got our cheese so we left. Watching staff cross contaminate repeatedly. No one changing gloves. I dont usually expect a lot of fast casual food options but bare minimum food safety didnt feel like it was being met. Eating here is at your own risk.
