I have never been more disappointed in a program in my life. My son started this program 2 months ago and 2 months later the Instructor tells us that his score went down 20 points. When I arrived at the office my son was very upset. I knew something happened because that is not his character. The Instructor immediately showed me no respect as the parent and started to explain to me that because he fell 20 points behind, they would not be able to help him. She started asking me inappropriate questions that made no sense. The more she talked she was showing her true self. My point was if you have been working with him for 2 months one on one and his points dropped, that is something that you are doing wrong. She became even more aggressive and defensive. My heart was racing so fast, I can't even wrap my finger around it when it comes to that lady. The fact that she thought her words made any sense and I would buy it, I had to tell her that I was from the old school, you can't sell me anything. In Her Words She Trust Not Me! She tried her hardest to out talk me as if she could. No respect towards myself or my son who was sitting there sad. Her delivery was unprofessional, tacky, and extremely defensive. My son was so disappointed and sad. Instead of her showing compassion, she took the opportunity to bash my son not realizing his mom is too smart to buy what she was selling. His points dropping 20 points is a failure on her behalf. Not his! Parents pls do not send your kids to this program. I have never seen an Instructor behave the way she has. The thing is I have been teaching for 20 years and she has no idea who I am, that was her first mistake! Parents send your kids to a program that will not set them back. Send them to a program that have Instructors that truly care about their success. It's no wonder why the office was always empty. However, I spoke with my son and told him it will be okay. You have programs and you have good programs. Never Again!!!!!!!
