I am not in the business of demeaning a company thats a small business, however, as the other customer mentioned, Chandler continues to lie, fabricate, deceive and play games. I have given him 17 times/opportunities to rectify and or reimburse 50% of the project value (only because hes a small business). The project was not completed to standard and caused more of an issue/risk/problem and impacting 6 homes on my street. My attorney sent a certified letter to only have it returned because of false address. Currently pursuing Small Claims Court because of this companys negligence in the amount of 100%, including legal fees.

I do not recommend this company at all! They do not communicate or respond to things that are at stake. Chandler says one thing, then will lie to you and stick it to you. They currently owe my company money and will not respond, even though we can see that chandler is looking at our invoices. Do not use them. Theres better companies out there

DO NOT USE SOUTHERN CONSTRUCTION AND IRRIGATION FOR YOUR IRRIGATION NEEDS. I have this company installed a new irrigation system. They rushed the whole installation process, left my yard a mess. zone boxes were high up in the yard, none of the grass were put back, draining pipes has been severed all around the house and electrical lines had been damage, most importantly the IRRIGATION SYSTEM they just put in DOESNOT WORK. He claim they are not responsible for private lines that they damage! What a joke statement! Chandler Wojick the owner, demanded to get paid the rest of the money since we gave him 50% deposit and threatens to put LIEN on our house if we dont! He assured us and led to believe the whole irrigation system work coz they tested it manually from each zone but they never run it from the controller itself so. The next day I try to turn it on ,I could hear the irrigation zone making a clicking noise with the heads going up and down, clearly something is wrong with it. STOOD me up for 3 weekend saying he will come back to fix it but he never showed up, not even a courtesy call saying he is not coming, made me wait for nothing. I was desperately trying to get a hold of him calling him several times, texts, privately message on facebook and emailed but he NEVER RESPOND. This company is a JOKE. POOR WORKMANSHIP AND ZERO RESPONSE. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND STAY AWAY FROM USING THEM. Services: Lawn care, Yard drainage
