We have just recently moved into our new construction home here. We couldn't be happier. First, the location is absolutely unbeatable. You are SO central to EVERYTHING! Second, you are a short 3 minute drive to Park Circle which was a big selling point for us. Third, the team here was so much fun to work with. Chad is just so much fun to work with and design with. He is knowledgeable and makes the home buying process form Hunter Quinn so pleasant. Rick, the project manager is by and far one of the best to work with. If we had any issue he was on top of it. Even after closing the customer service he provides is unbeatable. If you are thinking of buying here, stop thinking and just do it. It is an incredible community and Hunter Quinn has been nothing but great to work with.

I just put a contract on a home in this community, and I am very excited. I was previously a real estate agent in another state, so I have seen a lot of new builds. I was extremely impressed with Hunter Quinn based on the quality of products used at this price point. Architectural shingle 30 year roofs, Carrier HVAC unit (top of the line), and Impact Resistant windows so you don't have to get up a ladder when a hurricane is coming. Chad, the sales specialist, was super helpful during my design session for my unit. He patiently advised through fours hours of back and forth between myself, my mom, and friend. Showing us several available units to ensure I was happy with my choice. Plus design upgrades were very reasonably priced. These are gorgeous homes for the price, and a stones throw to Park Circle, the old Navy Yard, and Riverfront Park. The HOA (which seem s very low to me) includes lawn maintenance, and they even power wash the homes once a year. I think these are a great buy.
