There are many other builders to consider. This builder has fairly nice home designs, but nothing that sets them apart. Their construction is not above a fair... mostly poor. Exterior doors do not shut or installed correctly, windows at different heights from the floor, wooden flooring cups due to lack of water proofing of foundation, roof shingles not installed correctly along with flashing.... I could go on but I encourage you to move on and save yourself from a very expensive and sad experience. Service: Home building

If I could give zero stars I would. Stay far away from this company. They will not come back and fix anything you have issues with and if by some miracle they do come out they send the most unprofessional rudest people they can find and then just never come back and take care of the issues.. this company needs to be sued and shut down! Beautiful homes! Communication and people skills could be much better...need to attend classes about that.

I bought a a Grayhawk Homes in April. The home is beautiful but the customer care is HORRIBLE. We are still waiting 6 months later for this company to complete repairs agreed on before closing. Their office manager is horrible at communicating and really could care less after the sale is done. The porch door was installed backwards which any good builder would have been able to spot very easily, and the posts holding up the utility fence were installed out of code. They keep sending different people out to make assessments that previous people they sent already did and no repairs ever get done on already agreed on repairs by the builder. This is the typical behavior displayed by unethical builders mentioned on allot of home improvement shows. My recommendation is to stay clear of Grayhawk!
