When I needed a fast roof replacement estimate over the weekend, Adam Cobb responded promptly and professionally. Not only did he give me a fast estimate, but he gave me a very nicely priced one as well. I recommend Charleston Roof & Window company and Adam's excellent customer service for anybody looking to repair or replace their roof.

Upon Inspection, we were not told we may need to replace wood in certain areas. There was absolutely NO communication throughout the process, so we thought everything was perfect. One guy from Charleston Roof and Windows knocked on the door, to tell us what area of the home they were working on, so we didnt walk out while shingles were dropping. (Appreciated that) however, a few days later, as I walked up to my front door, I noticed a large whole in the fascia. (A enough for a squirrel to enter) The whole was NOT previously there.. After informing them, they asked for pictures and said they would come out, It rained the following day, so they promised to come that Thursday. On Thursday, we were called saying that needed to reschedule again the following day.. An hour after the scheduledd visit, I called to see what was going on. I spoke with Kim Theriot and she was totally lost as to why I was calling. I was placed on hold for 5-7 minutes and she returned to the call saying the guy was still on another job, then proceeds to say how theyre not responsible, but will come out for a fee. Upon inspection, we shouldve been told additional work may be needed. (Outside the roof install) Instead, they said nothing, but left a huge whole in the fascia. This is Why Im upset. Sending us selective photos of the roof that looked good. Causing me to give them an excellent review and later regretting the review after seeing how things were left . Clean up was excellent. I feel Chatleston Roof and Windows contract their work out to excellent workers, but they only do what theyre paid to do. As a new customer and potentially a returning customer for windows..they shouldve been upfront with us.Honesty is EVERYTHING to me and leaving out important details with the hope of making more money at a later time is VERY DISHONEST, so Charleston Roof And Windows get a

Great company to work with. Clear communication throughout the whole process. Enjoyed getting to meet Blake on the jobsite. Would highly recommend if you need a roof or windows.
