Brandon was very knowledgeable, and tolerated a procrastinator, I made a couple trips finally chose the piece I wanted and he was more than happy to accommodate. In the business world today, you appreciate knowledgeable staff, thumbs up Brandon!

Shocking experience!! Sales person gave me incorrect measurements on a couch. Couch was purchased base on the measurements given by the sales person. Delivery driver assistant from South Eastern delivery who deliver for Rooms to Go was horrific! He was aggressive, ripping off plastic from couch and kicking the boxes out of his way in my home. when I asked him to stop kicking boxes and behaving aggressively, he became putting and so I asked him several times to get out of my home, he swore at me using the F word! The driver told his assistant to go to the truck and apologized for his assistants behavior. When I reported this incident to Rooms to Go, their customer services lady said she would make a note on the system. Making a note in the system does not address this disgraceful incident! NOT good enough! She refused to put me through to a supervisor. Poor delivery, poor customer service!
