        I had to get a new debit card since my card was put on hold. I was contacted by customer service about some fraudulent attempts. I went to our local bank and Kathy was very friendly & quick to process a new card for me. She also took some time to inform me about some savings potentials with my current accounts. I truly appreciate your expertise & patience to help me today, thanks Kathy!
