Best Buy

Awful place. Awful and incompetent employees. This place needs to be shut down send the workers back to staffing companies.

I can't remember the last time I went to a Best Buy, but I wanted a new TV and decided on a whim to come here - I knew which one I specifically wanted. I was properly greeted at the front and was immediately directed to a guy at the back (I forgot his name). I told him I wanted a 55inch Roku - he brought me to the exact spot, let me know it had to go a specific way in my car, and gave me a measuring tape to make sure it'd fit. I ended up going with the 50inch because it just fit. He didn't seem happy or comfortable being there.. kind of just a dude with a job at Best Buy. Didn't really smile or anything - I'm glad on one hand he didn't try upselling me, but I was expecting to be told about the TV and all of the great things about Roku. I don't know.. just wasn't a great experience. Maybe he was having an off day. Still, not great service. I don't really buy electronics or anything that they sell, so I probably won't be back just for that reason.

Don't use this location the manager is a con man and a snake

Don't use this location they make appointments that they have no interest in honoring. Completely wasted the day and they did not even try to make it right
