I wish I could have given them 0zero stars. I just drove from remount rd location which says it closes at 9 to this one which it says closes at 10 but it's 931 and they are closed.

Rude and unprofessional, the older manager with the dark blond hair is very ill-mannered. The staff told me around 10am to come back later to get my sons passport photos taken. I came back at 5:30 and they said they were closed, online it pays the photo center is open until 10pm. The service here is disappointing and unpleasant.

This locations photo department is the worst!! On two separate occasions Ive put in orders and I would call them almost 24 hours after placing my order wondering why its not finished just to find out they dont have the resources to complete it. Both times, if I never called them nothing would have ever happened.
