The “owner” said he would be at our house at 11. My husband rearranged his schedule to accommodate. He called at 10:30 to say something came up that he “had to be at” and we lived too far for him to come. Totally unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

Matt and I had a business relationship prior to me using his services but he exceeded all expectations I had. He and his team did our foundation work, kitchen demo, lighting/electrical work, painting, and windows for the entire house. He also helped connect me with a company to do our crawl space encapsulation. Hes very knowledgeable and professional. Hes ultimate goal is to make sure the job is done correctly and that youre happy. Hes prompt, professional, and an all around good guy. I would recommend him to anyone, not just friends and family. He can handle just about anything, and if he cant then he knows someone thats an expert that can. If you ever use Bluebird Home Improvement, you wont be disappointed. Matt and his team completed a shower renovation and small renovations around other bathrooms in our house in a very short time period. He was very prompt in responding to emails and questions and provided a quote in a timely manner. From the start of the project to completion the team was professional, communicative and respectful of their surroundings. Matt came to assess a defective sliding door problem and ended up repairing the door on the spot! He quickly evaluated the problem and went to work.
