I have to say what a breath of fresh air it was to come into this location. I had the pleasure of being helped by both Monique and Scarlett! They both went above and beyond to help us. It is so hard to find such wonderful customer service these days! I will definitely be going back soon! Give these girls a raise!!!

Great shopping experience! I had multiple bad experiences in this store for years but Scarlett and Dorian redeemed my faith in this store and customer service!!

I understand everyone has bad days, but you put it to the side when dealing with a customer. Whoever was working the register Saturday 6/24/23 between 1:30-2:30 might need a refresher course in customer service. She did not say sorry for your wait as she was busy doing something else (which I understand -- but say sorry when you come over). She did not say hello or how are you or did you find everything ok etc. She did not look at me until she asked if I wanted and Express card or if I was part of rewards. I can't remember. All I remember is the attitude. No thank you.

I went into Expres on 4/15/23 to look for work pants. Apon arrival I was never greeted. I let myself into the dressing room while the 3 employees stood at the counter. The two ladies on their personal cell phones never looked up while the the young man just stood there. I had to redress myself to come out to get different sizes and still not asked if I needed help i decided to just leave. I have been shopping Expres since 1990 and expected differnt.
