I dont usually post reviews, as I work in the service industry myself! I came in prom dress shopping with my 2 teens today, the manager insist on yelling and fussing at only one employee as there are others around too. After multiple times of listening to this women belittle her employee while the employee was with customers, I finally spoke up! As Im trying to explain to the manager my issue with her actions she then walks around to all the other customers asking if they have an issue. She continued to try and act as if I dont work with the public myself and just do not understand. I was not able to get one word out of my mouth cause she just kept on. When I told my girls in the dressing room to come on b/c I at this point just want to leave she then takes dresses out of other childrens hands! Mind you children that are not even mine. I would have very easily spent more than a few hundred on 2 teens proms but b/c of the rude service I decided to put everything back and walk away! I will not spend my hard earned money in any business that does not appreciate their employees.

My daughter went dress shopping here they have such beautiful dresses here for different occasions.

came to store at 2:00 pm and it was closed and waited for an hour and a half for it to open before giving up and leaving
