Nice place but employee that rung me out had no customer service! I had a return and also purchased other items. I will order off line next time.

If there’s a line around the store, employees should probably stay off their phone long enough to check people out and get things moving.

I wanted to simply return jeans that were shipped to me. They said they couldn't return one due to no tag but both were bought at the same time same item. I believe that policy is nonsense what if it's because of factory error etc guess we are just to waste our money on items. Thankfully it was in there after I drove home to check. I've shopped here plenty of times never felt so much of an uncaring attitude (besides one)towards me for the situation. Please get on the same page as gap/old navy/walmart. It would prevent many situations like this.

One of my favorite brands to shop! This store is very overwhelming with all the product the shove in there but the staff is helpful and prices are great!
