        Dress tag was very clear and extra 30 percentage too but assistant did not honor the price. Assistant was rude. I asked price of few items but she refused to tell me. I am Francesca's regular customer and never experienced such bad behavior anywhere else. One star because dress collection was good.

        I wanted to purchase a pair of shorts that were red lined on the tag, hanging ON the clearance rack. When I was at the register the assistant manager who was very unfriendly stated this was a mistake and refused to honor the price ON the tag. Customer service was not acceptable!
