Went to get a bigger size boot for my son . The lady did a return without asking me if thats what I wanted to do . I didnt purchase the items myself so now they are supposedly going back on a card I dont have . She then took the boots from me and told me they dont do store credit and she cant give me a receipt for proof of the return . So now Im just out of a Christmas present for my child.

Reviews are few and far between from me. I buy boots at this place and clothes a couple times a year. I bought snake skin boot oil and it all just spilled out in my truck. I took it in there a few weeks later to just get a new bottle when I was in that area. Its way off at the top of North Charleston and very inconvenient if you live on any of the islands. So at first they thought I was trying to get my money back, which I wasnt. I need the product. Then an assistant manager said no problem. Came back and said she couldnt do it because the GM said I had no receipt and the sticker the bar code was on had faded. Well two things they dont know I know. That sticker bar code is created with heat treatment not ink, so it sitting in my truck getting hot faded it. Also, they have software that tracks your purchases and your receipt so they already had my receipt. I bought a new one anyway because i need it and bought a coat because I wanted it. If they wouldve just done the right thing about their faulty product this review wouldnt be happening. Actually I give the AM 5 stars, the cashier 5 stars. This one star is directly placed at the feet of the GM. What a lousy culture to build at an establishment you take the helm of. Good luck
