        This is by far the worst experience in car service Ive ever had in any kind of car dealership If you make an appointment at 10 oclock or anytime expect to wait in the car a good 20 to 30 minutes before anybody can come and help you Expect to wait and Waste all day all morning just to get any kind of service The service manager is just terrible and no helper at all I had an issue with my brand new 2022 Toyota tundra and they just lied to me and told me what it was out of warranty I would not recommend Toyota Hendrix at all. Please sell yourself a headache never come to the dealership.
