Its been five months and the work orders for my apartment have not been attended to. I'm lost for words when it comes to the maintenance.

staff. In August 16th, 2021. Carpet was dirty and not shampooed just got carpet shampooed after several requests on Sept 13 a month after move in. Work requests submitted to fix recessed lighting, still not done. Work request to connect sink sprayer to kitchen faucet which was never done guessing since sink was put in. Still work.is not done. Live upstairs, neighbors leave trash outside door in walk way. Staff is not helpful with these issues

The pool has been closed nearly every weekend this summer & they don’t care. It doesn’t take two months to get a filter fixed. & after it was reopened it was closed again one week later. We pay for access to a pool that is NEVER OPEN! & don’t get me started on the bugs. We complained & the guy they sent put up two sticky tape traps. That was it! They did nothing! & we’ve had three bulbs out for over a week & maintenance has yet to come replace those.

We've only been here a couple of months and have already decided we won't be renewing our lease. Our biggest issue has been the lack of communication and available maintenance/repairs. No matter how many times I call/email, they just keep saying they can't fix anything because they only have 1 maintenance person because the rest "just quit" right when we moved in. Apparently they're as bad to work for as they are to rent from. Anyway here's a list of just a few of the issues we've had since moving in. Missing master bedroom door Broken spare bedroom door (will not close) Mirror frame in master bathroom broken AC control box is broken (can't set preferred temperature, only "on" or "off") Dryer broken (Which they finally fixed after about a month and many, many phone calls) Broken mailbox and unable to receive mail Pool constantly closed during open hours Staff rarely answer their phone and never return emails or voicemails Roach problem in the kitchen and living areas Wasp infestation of patio Broken toilet paper holder Entrance gate broken (It just stays open 24/7 so it can't really be called a gated community) Patio screen broken Left laundry room folding door broken Overall it's a fairly affordable place to live, but you definitely get what you pay for. I do not recommend leasing here if you have other options.

Apartments are organized horribly. Navigating is a nightmare for visitors.
