Mountaineer Pest Services

Way too expensive for what they give you. And they make it really difficult to cancel service. You also can't pay online which makes the service more inconvenient than just doing it yourself.

We use their monthly service plan and they have been great and preventing issues and then coming out for a special trip if the need arises.

I have had Mountaineer for a few years. Service WAS good but for the past year it has been horrible! I have total home protection, pay each month however Service is down right bad. Looking for a new company., I'm tired of staff not begin reliable and fulfilling their agreement.

First off, if you don't have pest control and you're looking for pest control please call Mountaineer Pest Services! It wouldn't let me write a new review so I'm not sure about Michael the technician anymore but what I do know is... I was worried about paying my bill in full today because honestly do I even need to elaborate on the way things are right now... & instead of treating me like I was a terrible person I was comforted and told not to ever worry about not being able to pay in full & they would always be able to work out some kind of payment plan with me. MPS is very understanding and realize that everything in life is going up except our paychecks. These are the most professional, caring, good-hearted people that you will ever deal with in pest services! I spoke with Courtney today and she made me feel like a person and was so kind and understanding about my situation! I greatly appreciate people & businesses like this because unfortunately it's not very common anymore. My technician Michael Hill was awesome!!! He was punctual, professional, and all around awesome!!!

I called and canceled services because I moved. Regardless of the conversation they continued services on a property I no longer live at. When I called back to let them know they said I am still responsible and that they will go after my credit. I would suggest finding another pest company with actual integrity.
