        Drive thru on Sunday afternoon was ridiculously slow! Waited 10 mins before I could order then at the window I waited 10 mins! No kidding! Why the wait for chicken fingers at 4pm?!! Then, no apology by the staff member for the wait. Just handed me my food. Please teach your folks good customer service and be prepared for dinner customers! I gave a 3 because the chicken fingers were good! The fries, not so much. Please drop the seasoning!

        How hard is it to ACTUALLY make someones order well done that or to even get any seasoning on your darn fries. Better luck @ the Zaxby's on Knox Ave!

        The food sucks this was the first time I ate at a zaxby's and it is the last time I will eat at a zaxby's!!!!! The food was terrible!!!
