        Waste of time if you need a business oriented bank. They are not able to do anything

        Drive through opens at 830am. The branch itself opens at 9am. The employee at the drive through refused to do more than one transaction, even though I was the only person in line, and said that I had to wait for the branch to open. Since I pulled away from drive through there hasn't been another customer in 30 minutes. Complete laziness. NOT RECOMMENDED.

        Lori has taken customer service to the highest level that I've ever seen in a banking establishment. She's incredible, she's at this First Citizen's branch - and I couldn't be more please with the help that she's been.
