I'd like to start out saying I called this shop on accident. I googled welding shops nearby and for some reason thought this was the shop I'd used 5/6 times before on my work trailers for repair. I called in and asked when they could get around to fixing another trailer for me. The woman on the phone said she'd talk to her welders and call me back, she didn't. I called back in the next day and spoke with her again. Again I asked when they could fit me in. She told me about the 5 different building they were putting up around town. She told me about the square footage of those buildings. She even told me the gross billing her company was making off of those buildings. After she'd shared all of that unsolicited information. I politely told her they seemed really busy and like they didn't need my business in an effort to simply end the call. She sharply cut me off mid sentence to pretty rudely tell me they'd never done any work for me. And that she's been welding at the beach for a decade and more information I really didn't need to hear. Realizing my mistake in that moment (my previous welder never treated me or anyone else like this) I told her she was right but her customer service was pretty rough. To which she hung up in my face. About an hour later some random person she gave my number to sent a text asking if I had a trailer I needed repaired. I ended up at the shop I'd been using Wayne's Welding to where they got me in and out same day with no issue. Funny thing, after sharing what happened with Wayne. He laughed and knew exactly who I'd had the pleasure of speaking with at Elvis Welding. Turns out his father started Elvis Welding and sold it to the father of Miss Congeniality. In closing, I'm sure Elvis Welding has great welders and they do a fine job. But if you're not a 5000 square foot building job worth $5 million dollars. It doesn't seem like your the customer they're interesting in dealing with.

We broke a rear hatch seal lock on our hydra excavator hours before we needed it that night for the gas pipeline being installed that night. I called multiple places and Elvis welding was the first to agree to come on such a short notice. Daniel was super friendly and professional when he showed up and did such a good job. His welds were better than the factory one on the other side. Price was more than fair and the work was top notch. I highly recommend
