        Trying to figure out why I even bought a membership here gas line's are long and half the time the pumps are shut down a completely waste of money

        today is Wednesday the 10th. I called Sam's club at 10:50 to find out when my membership expires. the rude lady put me on hold 10 minutes later she came back on. asked me how she could help me. I said I'm trying to find out still when my membership expires. please hold 15 minutes later. she came on and asked me how she could help me and I said I just want to find out when my membership expires so I can renew it. she said please hold 10 minutes later. she came back on the line and asked me how she could help me. I told her I'm still waiting to renew my membership. she said well they're busy I said and I'm not. I asked for a manager. she said please hold 10 minutes later. I was just hung up on no one ever came back so I called Costco and started my membership there stay away from Sam's. they are the rudest people you have to deal with ever.
