Really enjoyed meeting with Bill. And I am sure the quality of their work is solid, but there is a lady in the office that could use some customer service training. I think her name is Christy. Not helpful at all. Five Stars for Bill and zero for Christy.

Ok. These guys are awesome. Theres a reason that Arnold Pool has been in business for as long as they have. From the planning process, to the install, to the start up, it has gone completely smooth and professional. Not only did Arnold Pool install our pool, they trained my wife and I on the operation of the pool. They even wanted to wait a couple weeks on the final handover as they truly wanted to make sure we were completely happy. We love our new pool, and feel like weve gained friends with John and Arnold Pool. I couldnt recommend them any higher. If youre even thinking about installing a pool or spa, go with Arnold Pool.
