Bugs in 4th floor condo. Even # condo. Drug deals going on in parking lot. We were here for 2 months as snow birds. We would have left at end of the first month, but would not have received refund for second month. The owner was not at all concerned. Condo 540A was above us and there was so much noise and loud stomping, slamming of doors. DONT BOOK AT THIS RESORT!

Overall this was a good experience and would go back. Excellent beach access, pools inside and out with plenty for the family to do. My only real gripe with the place and is not unique to this location is while smoking is not permitted in the rooms, I do wish smoking of any kind was not permitted on balconies as smoke can enter another room that way. Should really just have designated smoking areas away from all rooms
Rooms: Rooms will vary greatly from room to room in terms of how up to date they are as most are owned by individuals that have these rented out. But this is pretty clear when booking the rooms as you know the location and have pictures of the room
Walkability: It is very easy to walk and get around the property as there are pools, pickle ball courts, basketball courts, etc in different locations

I stayed in building B. The room was good and I rented privately from a family. I've came here for years with the last time being almost 3 years Ago until this last week. Up upon arrival, we took our children to the waterpark. It was a very unmaintained.. It was dirty there was leaves in the lazy river. The hot tub was ice cold, and the radio was not playing. There was also no lifeguards to watch the children. I complained 3-4 days about the smell of the water and they finally put chlorine in it. The water is ice cold. No heaters in any of the pools. This place really took a step down from 3-5 years ago when we came every year.

The room needs updating that we were in. The light fixture was torn lose they did come and fix it. Kitchen stove worked half the time. Chairs to table loose. Needs lights in living room. Needs paint in medicine cabinets one bedroom the paint popping off the wall. But not enough seating in living room only had a couch. It was just a make out.
Safety: Children did fill safe.
Walkability: Must be able to walk to get around
Noteworthy details: Some of the stuff on the resort did not work

Its a great location but whole resort needs updating and beds are noise we stayed in room 546 the stove doesnt even work good it took 30mins to make burgers. Place NEEDS GOOD UPDATING
