    I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern about the experience I had at your gas station today. Attempting to refuel my vehicle turned into a distressing and hazardous situation. Firstly, the refueling process was incredibly difficult. The automated fueling system malfunctioned, and the fuel nozzle failed to lock properly, causing it to jam, resulting in an uncontrolled fuel flow. This led to a dangerous situation where fuel spilled all over my car. Despite attempting to shut off the pump after filling my tank, the disconnection did not work as expected, and I had to seek help from the operator inside the store to finally turn it off. The entire incident was truly terrifying, especially as there were children inside the car with me. The risk of a fire or any other mishap was too high for comfort. The fact that the staff on-site seemed unprepared and unsure of how to handle such a situation further added to our distress. As a result of this alarming experience, I have no choice but to inform you that I will no longer be using your gas station for refueling my vehicle. Safety is paramount, and I cannot risk a similar incident happening in the future. I hope that you take this feedback seriously and take necessary steps to ensure the safety and proper functioning of your gas station equipment. Customers should feel secure when refueling at your station, and it is crucial for your team to be well-trained in handling emergencies effectively.
