Staff is extremely nice. The services offered here are great and so helpful to our community. I saw them offer several people language interpreters and never made anyone feel uncomfortable about it. Thank you to the staff for your patience and hard work

My regular dr was a little (a lot) scary at a private office. So i went here. And they are very good. You have to fill out stuff and qualify. But its great. My mom worked for a health dept years ago . And its similar. Very nice.

I had my son July 2022 and every interaction Ive had with this WIC office since has been a breeze. They are so kind on the phone, helpful, and understanding when Im a bit of a ditz. Everyone is knowledgeable and great at their jobs. They truly the process a pleasure.

Had an appointment last Thursday at 3:30 for WIC and they said it would be over the phone I wanted and waited and never got a call. I'm so over this mess. And than being told not to come in. Well, how am I supposed to get WIC started if you're not going to call or even answer the phone when I try to call?

The Staff that works face to face with patients are excellent but the staff who answers the phone are very, very rude and unprofessional. To my disbelief one of those rude employees was a supervisor. I asked the worker why is she yelling she said that is how i talk. So people call a place of business to get yelled at? Maybe she needs to stop all that yelling because its scary she sounds like a man.
