Any loan process is stressful but when it is moving to another state its even more but from Day 1 when I talked to Joshua and gave him all my information and he than introduced me to his Amazing Team of Keith and Monica they all answered all my questions n kept me calm and positive during the whole process. I worked directly with Keith Craddok who helped me every step of the way in obtaining Financing on my Home Purchase in Sumter, SC. He always picked up every call even when I am sure he didn't want to, lol. We had some hurdles to over come and he helped us navigate every issues that came up. He kept us informed so that I always knew exactly what was going on and where we were in the process. We closed yesterday and I couldn't be happier! I highly recommend this company!

Josh has put together a great team at Guaranteed Rate! Keith Craddock patiently guided us through each step of our purchase and promptly responded to any of our questions. Anytime we've taken out a new loan, there has always been hiccups, and we weren't surprised when a few came up this round. Whenever something new came up, Keith made sure we had everything we needed and went to bat for us. I can 1000% say that without Keith's unwavering support, this purchase would not have gone through.
