Got Bryan Davenport's contact from an old title company. I emailed him what I was seeking loan wise, how I got his contact and my current situation, filled out an application, he ran my credit hard pull which is in the 760s, he contacted me with several other docs he needed, I sent them over. 2 weeks later sent an email...hey have not heard anything back...dead silence A month later after I sent all docs he requested sent another email have not heard anything back....dead silence again till today. Total now of 5 weeks since I applied and absolutely no follow-through whatsoever. Yeah I said the same thing weird but I'm not pulling teeth for a lender to followup with me with other options. Bottom line have a hard credit pull for 2 years and absolutely no followup from him. Really weird it's unbelievable and I'm an investor bought 6 homes before so definitely know how lending work. Not coming back for sure and reporting the hard pull for no reason take it out of my report. I'm gone somewhere else. Total waste of my precious time. Imagine sending docs of 6 homes (HOA, HOI, mortage statements, Taxes, bank statements personal and businesses, filling application etc). Unless his decapitated sick in the hospital or death (hopefully not) you owe the customer the courtesy followup regardless if you will do the loan product or not ghosting them is very childish behavior from him and his entire team as someshould have access to his emails if his unable to do so. Again, not sure what's going on with him but somebody should have reached out to me by now 4 weeks later. When I say absolutely nothing I mean nothing after I sent additional docs he requested and 2 more emails till today dead silence. Zero stars is in order for me.

Bryan Davenport is one of kind special. Took care of all my mortgage needs promptly and with a courtesy most companies have forgotten about. I feel I have made a friend especially because he never forgets to send me and my wife birthday wishes. Happy to say I have paid off my house but that doesn't mean Bryan stops sending me holiday and birthday good wishes.
