        Unfortunately, we did not have as good of an experience as some of the other Hardee's chains. No straws and didn't know it till we got to the room, some of the food was barely warm, we cannot have diet drinks and specifically ordered regular soda to find one of them was diet when we got to the room. My husband ordered a butter biscuit for jelly to find when he started to eat it, plain. The drive thru is difficult for anyone driving a truck or van lots of scrapes and chunks missing from the concrete as it was super tight for our F150 and the van behind us. We get it, fast food is not an easy area to work in, just a little frustrated with the experience while on vacation. Gave 2 stars because we actually got food.
