        Stay away. Very unprofessional and impossible to get ahold of. They had my boyfriend and I apply then when trying to get in contact with them about our applications have been a nightmare. Phone always goes go voicemail & doesnt even ring because they now have no vacancies. I had to email Shannon twice to even get a response out of her. Its really frustrating. Its common courtesy to respond to an email within one business day & I had to ask for her to respond when she could of just said that to begin with. So far, just a really bad experience. I wouldnt not recommend. Theres so many other places around here.

        I recently got a new job after leaving the Marines, in the process of this I left my home, went to training for my new job, where I had less than a week to find a new place to live. I lost 1600.00 in a scam because of it and had hit a very low point. Enter stage left Mrs. Jessica Chapman and her team at A1 Properties in South Carolina. They were very accommodating to my needs. I was able because of my traveling schedule to take advantage of their virtual experience, which allowed me to view the apartment, voice concerns, pay my down-payment all within roughly a 24 hour period ( sleep was involved). Thanks to them making the process so streamlined I was able to move in without missing work or trying to meet weird scheduling times. Even after I recieved my keys they went above and beyond to help make me feel welcome and at home. I have dealt with a few property managers and apartments over the years but this place takes the cake by far. Im especially lucky and blessed to have met them and I hope others who are looking give them a chance, highly recommended.

        Awesome place to live Jessica is on top of everything that I asked her to do. The unit that I'm in is very clean upon move in property is very well kept. I definitely recommend if your looking to move to the area.
