Zales are the best. I recently went into the local store where I live in Myrtle Beach at Coastal Grand Mall and was greeted by 2 of the most friendly people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was looking for a nice wedding band and Heather and Jennifer treated me with the most patience and respect I've ever seen from any store I've ever been in. I had problems with the ring I chose and went to return it they helped me to find the perfect ring for my occasion. I couldn't be any more pleased with what we found. If you're shopping for jewelry please stop in and give them a chance to help you find what you're looking for I guarantee you they're personality and professional services will blow you away. I wish all employees were like these 2 young ladies and the world would be such a better place and shopping would be so much easier. Thank you so much for helping me find exactly what I was looking for and for being so kind to an old man who is very picky. You ladies are the best and absolutely made my day.

Beyond unprofessional! They tell you want you want to hear so you will approve a repair even though they had to call you back when the question was asked. They take no notes or remember conversations Ridiculous. At this point Id much rather fly back home to have my ring inspected every 6 months so that people who are competent and respectful can help me. Youre probably better off going across the hall to Kays. Edit- hahaha why thanks Heather, unfortunately you were there and talked to us and were zero help, ya know since your employee didnt remember telling to me but if there is someone above you that would be great

I would highly recommend this Zales store. Besides a great selection, the customer service here is second to none! Specifically I was waited on by Jennifer and I think, Heather. Such a knowledgeable, courteous staff! Thank you ladies. I'll be back.
