Dakota Bryant: Allstate Insurance

The price is the only good thing. This office has no communication! Calls and voice-mails go unanswered repeatedly. I have auto insurance through them and I was trying to add renters as well. Because they won't acknowledge me, I will be going elsewhere.

I have been trying to get them to cancel my auto policy for 2 months now after recieving a renewal notice for a higher premium despite no accidents or claims, and they will not respond. I've tried calling several times, leaving a voice-mail. I've also tried emailing, still no response. Finally I got a letter in the mail saying they were going to cancel my policy due to non payment of the renewal, but that they were going to send me to collections for an invalid late fee for not paying the renewal for a policy I am not renewing. I have now had to file a complaint with the south carolina department of insurance.

I love the insurance but pray its lower once its renewed
