This is absolutely one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The rooms were obviously not cleaned. The walls are entirely too thin. I could hear literally every conversation in every room. The beds were very weird and had a weird creak and hard. The shower water was COLD. The staff wasnt very friendly nor helpful. I dont even leave reviews but this was ridiculous. I wouldnt wish this hotel on my worst enemy.

I would rate a minus if possible We have traveled across the United States for 35 days using only Choice Hotels with mostly great customer service and cleanliness. We Traveled enough to be one of their so called Platinum members. We recently stayed at Tanger Outlet Myrtle Beach Sleep Inn location. It was not the cleanest but it was close to our destination and 1 night We booked again for the March 30. My husband became ill so I tried to cancel reservation or move the date. I realize it was after the cancellation period but I wanted to move dates not necessarily money back The manager was exceptionally rude and should NOT be in a customer service oriented business. The representatives at the 800 number kept telling me to call back the next day and it would be taken care of (refunded) only to find out on the 4th call that was not going to happen. I was told I would be given 3000 points for my inconvenience. Im not sure how that equates to a refund when a room is at least 16000 points We will never recommend Choice Hotels again nor stay with them Loyal customers apparently dont matter.
